Do you love lobster, I mean REAL LOBSTER? This recipecalls for buying and cooking real lobster tails! Don't fret about cooking them, it is really easy. If you really don't want to cook them, look in your freezer section for REAL lobster, not imitation. I found some in the fish department at Wegman's. It was $15.00 for a small tub of frozen cooked lobster. It was the right amount for the recipe and I didn't have to cook the lobster tail! You won't believe how creamy and delicious this is. Definitely not low on calories, but definiely HUGE on flavor!! Thanks Pattie!

Crockpot Beef Vegetable Soup
I know that you will pull this recipe out on a cold winter's night. I made it during the summer months and it was still good! Definitely a comfort kind of food. I did have to make some adjustments to the recipe, everything would not fit in the crockpot! I just used less water and it was wonderful!

Chicken Bake
This was super simple....super quick. The boys LOVED it. Chicken and stuffing mix, how can you go wrong. I bet it would taste good with leftover turkey at Thanksgiving time.
It was delicious just as it was. I might add some corn in it next time.

Hot Chicken Wing Dip
My neighbor Chris Roach made this for Tanner's graduation party....then while she was on vacation she sent me an instant message asking for the ingredients so she could make it again! If you like Buffalo chicken wings, you are going to like this!
Make sure you have some chips for dipping!

Broccoli Salad
I really like the combination of grapes, golden raisins, broccoli, mandarin oranges and pecans. The secret is using Aldi's mayo!! Denise made this for Tanner's graduation party. I made it again a few weeks later. I think I would add the oranges last and gently toss so that they don't break up so much. Maybe that is what Denise does, because hers didin't seem to have fallen apart as much!! All I know is that it still tasted really good!

Mexican Potato Soup
This soup was a total surprise! When I think of potato soup, I think of a heavy creamy soup. This is soooo not that soup. The best part is the hint of cilantro and lime. (Yes, that is a slice of lime on the top!) I will be making this over and over!! YUM!

Cornmeal Blueberry Scones
I wish you could taste these. They were so easy to make and besides the blueberry, they have a nice hint of lime. The recipe only made about 12 so you might want to double it!!

Chinese Chicken Salad
I have had many different versions of this salad using the ramen noodles. I have to say, I think this one is my favorite. I have already made it twice for my family. I forgot to add the cilantro the first time, so I had to make it again. It was delicious with or without the cilantro. You will have to decide which way you like it best. Thanks Julie Starr!!

Boneless Chicken Breasts over Spinach
This makes a beautiful presentation in a large flat bowl.....you know what I mean, the kind you put spaghetti in! Lots of yummy stuff here...chicken, celery, pine nuts, red onion and apples all mixed together and served warm!!
Top it with a very tasty poppy dressing and then mix. This was a big hit. YUM YUM YUM!!! Thanks Pattie Burke!

Stuffed Pizza
I think this should have been called Stuffed MEAT pizza! I got this from my sister-in-law Denise quite a few years ago. Believe it or not it is made with Bisquick!
It is thick and delicious. Since I have a house full of men, this went over big time!!
