I have had many different versions of this salad using the ramen noodles. I have to say, I think this one is my favorite. I have already made it twice for my family. I forgot to add the cilantro the first time, so I had to make it again. It was delicious with or without the cilantro. You will have to decide which way you like it best. Thanks Julie Starr!!
You really score if you can get me the Chinese Chicken Salad recipe from Earl of Sandwich!! We had it on Easter w/you guys, and I went back for a 2nd one later in the trip! I can't quite find one like it! Maybe this one is good, too!
