I know I already made Borscht, but this one is different! The other one was strictly a vegetable Borscht........this one has beef in it. I like them both! This particulare recipe makes 2 gallons of soup! YIKES!! I was told it freezes well, so I froze some. I gave some to Chris and Myron and it passed the Ukranian test............GOOD BORSCHT!
