Maidrites

I picked this recipe up from Dorothy Cranston.........my sister-in-laws mother.  We had stopped by their farm house in Iowa and she graciously made us lunch at the drop of a hat.  One of the things she servcd were these Maidrites.  They are very similar to a Sloppy Joe and extremely easy to make at a moments notice.  When the cookbook comes out, I think this will be one that is used quite often!!!  For now you will just have to enjoy the picture!
