Marinated Lamb Chops



Hey, I learned something new today thanks to Nancy Sellman!  She sent me this recipe for lamb chops and they specifically asked for "Frenched Lamb Chops".  I googled it...........don't you just love the internet..............and there was an actual video on how to french lamb chops.  Luckily the chops I bought already came that way..........WHO KNEW!  Basically frenching the lamb chops is taking the meat off of the top to expose the bone...........it looks very pretty! 


When we are out in a restaurant, Tom will order rack of lamb.  I go for the seafood or chicken.  I am not a lamb person, but my husband is. I can take it or leave it. I had bought this tiny rack of lamb for $16.00. It had 8 little chops in it. I was determined to give it a try.  I knew my husband would eat it!  Nancy sent it to me, she liked it so maybe I will!  The rule in my house is, "You at least have to try it.  If you don't like it, you don't have to eat it."  I tried it and..................I LIKED IT!  I actually ate two!  Tom is eating his third as I write!  Thanks Nancy for sending me something new to try.  I have NEVER made lamb and my husband couldn't have been more thrilled.  I will probably make this again sometime...........maybe for Tom's birthday!
