These looked so pretty on the plate when Chris brought them over. She played with the horseradish sauce and we both agreed that it needed more horseradish! Once she got the sauce the way she wanted it, Chris put them together on a HUGE platter. It was just beautiful. They were so tasty and had that nice zing from the horseradish..........just enough zing so as not to go right up your nose if you know what I mean! LOL Thanks Chris Czuczman!
