Broccoli Cheese Casserole

WOW!  This is a really late post.  I actually made this yesterday.  I have been busy, busy, busy!!  Here it is.  Kim Seal sent this to me.............along with a few other recipes.  (The Stroganoff??  That was Kim's.)  This was very good and it was another one of those that tastes even better the second day.  It is similar to the broccoli and rice recipe that I think a lot of us have made and Kim even adds that variation to the end of her recipe.........This is actually two recipes in one! 

OH, by the way, those are Ritz crackers on the top!
