It took a while, but I finally got to make Kim Carlson's Lobster dip. (She sent it to me January 1!) We had some people over for the Superbowl......YEAH SAINTS!!! This can be made in the oven or in the crockpot. (I broke one of my 4 crockpots ............. dropped it on the floor along with another one. The little one took the brunt of the fall ...crushed it and broke a handle off of it. It did save the really good one from being broken!) I will be posting items from the party all week! Come back tomorrow and see what else we ate!
