I made this over the weekend. I had some and it was very yummy the day I made it. Yesterday, Tom, Tanner and TJ and I had it for dinner. It was even BETTER than the first day. I love recipes like that. This is probably the easiest Beef Stroganoff recipe I have ever made.
Today, I am going to begin putting some of the pages of the book together. I can't believe how many things I have already made. This is really fun! I am so blessed to have so many friends! Keep those recipes coming! This book is going to be a keeper!
